Our Story
Our building, a familiar landmark in Camp Verde, was once an old auto garage and gas station, later transformed into a real estate office sometime before 1971. That year marks the first recorded date of Camp Verde Realty as a brokerage, though we suspect our roots go back even farther.
In 2005, William “Bill” Carter purchased the company and transformed it into the thriving business it is today. Bill’s dedication to integrity, service, and community connection became the foundation of everything we do.
After Bill’s passing in 2024, his wife Claudia and daughter Bridgett proudly carried on his legacy. Bridgett, our Designated Broker, has been with the company since her father took ownership and has spent her career mastering both real estate and property management. She brings unmatched knowledge, charisma, and compassion to her work, she leads our team with the same heart and drive that made Camp Verde Realty what it is today.
